Hello!!!
I miss you all!! It sounds like you all had a good week :) Josh, I can not believe how much you have grown up!! The pics of you at your party are crazy!! You're so tall and grown up! Wow. I still picture you shorter than me. I can't believe Adam got married! She is so pretty! I love it!
Well this week has been pretty crazy! Sister Smallcomb is going home tomorrow and I will be getting a new companion. She's been a little stressed this week with packing and still trying to work our area. We also had to do a training at MLC (Missionary Leadership Council) this week. We trained on Teach People, Not Lessons. We just talked about ways to find the need of the investigator and then teach to that need. We had like no time to prepare but it turned out pretty well.
This week we also had a breakthrough with our investigator Marcus! We were teaching him and he said that he didn't want to get baptized until after he graduated and settled down in his career. WWWHHHAAA???!!! We were bold with him and after asking questions and talking to him we realized he was scared. We addressed some of his concerns. His parents are baptist and are really against him being baptized. After we addressed his concerns he said he wanted to be baptized. Unfortunately, he is going out of town for two weeks for spring break. Also, he is going to play this week at Carnegie Hall. He's an awesome trumpet player. This is a school known for the music program so there are some amazing people with amazing talents here!
Love you all!!
Love,
